- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★No complaints iro of initial cost and timeliness re. upgrading of two existing bathrooms. However, extremely dissatisfied and badly let down by this tradesmans customer care iro subsequent fault/malfunction of his fittings. Despite ringing him three times over a two week period on each occasion he reneged on promises to ring back and arrange time & date to rectify the problem. Eventually provided a date (and a back-up date) and despite householder staying in all day on both the dates, he failed to show nor subsequently contacted to provide reason or excuse for the no show!
