    For me, came a difficult time when we suddenly had no more craft store in town, because the old man closed his doors. Of course I did not want to give up my hobby and has therefore ordered a short time on the Internet. Now, however, is again a hobby shop there and I am very happy because there is nothing like a personal consultation with the purchase.

    No complaints iro of initial cost and timeliness re. upgrading of two existing bathrooms. However, extremely dissatisfied and badly let down by this tradesmans customer care iro subsequent fault/malfunction of his fittings. Despite ringing him three times over a two week period on each occasion he reneged on promises to ring back and arrange time & date to rectify the problem. Eventually provided a date (and a back-up date) and despite householder staying in all day on both the dates, he failed to show nor subsequently contacted to provide reason or excuse for the no show! Poor.
